Returns & Exchanges
Hello, friend and supporter of erin gray! We attempt to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale, this includes returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a tee shirt return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the return, we will refund you for the cost of the item or process an exchange if that is what you wish.
To be eligible for a jewelry return or exchange or to replace damaged jewelry (damaged jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase), please click the link above to begin your return.
To repair jewelry after 30 days of purchase, we ask for a $10 repair fee plus $4 to cover shipping costs.
In-store or boutique purchases must be returned or exchanged to the store in which they were purchased.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund notification from us, please contact us at erin@eringraydesign.com. If you have received a refund notification and are still missing your refund, please contact your bank, credit card, or Paypal.

No returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
